The 72-storey Address Residence The Blvd is going to be the 2nd tallest building in the skyline of Downtown Dubai.

The Address Residence The Blvd was launched in 2012 and is a 5 star category first-class hotel as well as serviced apartments. A sixth addition to the prestigious The Address Hotels and Resorts by Emaar Group, it is situated right next to the Dubai Mall. It will be offering direct entry to the Dubai Mall, through a glass bridge accessable via a travellator.
