Phantom Series II Makes its Grand United Kingdom Debut at Salon Prive, Blenheim Palace in Oxfordshire

Salon Privé, a prestigious Concours d'Élégance, will be held on the grounds of Blenheim Palace in Oxfordshire beginning on August 31, 2022. Both the Phantom Series II and the Black Badge Ghost, two of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars' most luxurious Bespoke creations, will be on display to mark this occasion. These orders showcase the breadth of Rolls-design, Royce's engineering, and craftsmanship capabilities and attest to the company's unrivalled mastery of the Bespoke process.

It is with great pleasure that Rolls-Royce Motor Cars once again attends the Salon Privé at Blenheim Palace. The Phantom Series II, the marque's greatest effort, will make its public premiere in the United Kingdom at the prestigious Salon Privé. Moreover, we will be showcasing a highly individualised Black Badge Ghost. At this year's event, I want to finally put a face to the names of our prestigious clientele, marquee friends, and members of the press.

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars' Regional Director for the United Kingdom, Europe, Russia, and Central Asia is Boris Weletzky.

ROLLS-ROYCE PHANTOM SERIES II

Phantom is in a class of its own, at the very pinnacle of the ultra-luxury industry. Design, engineering, and craftsmanship-wise, it's as good as it gets for Rolls-Royce.

A new Phantom Series II body style has been introduced by Rolls-Royce Motor Cars. In 2017, Phantom unveiled its eighth generation. The designers and engineers at Rolls-Royce took customer preferences into account when developing this new incarnation of their company's flagship luxury automobile. In response to these requests, we've made just minor adjustments to the design. In fact, the issue is not one of what has to be altered but rather of what must be safeguarded.

Most obviously and crucially, Phantom's authoritative air must be preserved. In addition, the horizontal line between the daytime running lights located in the Pantheon Grille has been polished for a more streamlined look.

The 'RR' Badge of Honor and Spirit of Ecstasy mascot are now more visible from the front thanks to a small but noticeable geometric adjustment to the Pantheon Grille. Ghost introduced and popularised the use of lighted grilles. Intricate laser-cut bezel stars illuminate the headlights, linking them to the Starlight Headliner within and delighting onlookers with Phantom's nighttime presence.

Rolls-trademark Royce's short front and long rear overhang, long wheelbase, and wide c-pillar are all present in the Phantom's side profile. The refined contours of the tail, which narrow at the back, and the Spirit of Ecstasy are still visible in the silhouette. The car's lengthy dash-to-axle proportions are highlighted by the'split-belt' line that starts at the front fender and bends softly towards the back door, before descending gently into the lantern-like rear lights. The 'waft line', which is strongly undercut, casts a striking shadow, which serves as a visual cue for the brand's unrivalled 'Magic Carpet Ride.

A set of new wheels also improves the vehicle's appearance from the side. It is possible to order a completely or partially polished stainless steel wheel that has been machined in three dimensions to include triangle faces. Phantom might also be equipped with a genuinely exquisite disc wheel, evoking the glamour of Rolls-Royce automobiles from the 1920s. Polished stainless steel and black lacquer versions of this disc wheel capture the spirit of flying when grounded.

Phantom customers may now get the blacked-out chrome grille surround, bonnet reins, windshield surround, and side frame finishers that they have long wanted. Thanks to this design philosophy, Rolls-Royce can give the Phantom a dazzlingly bright or ominously black aspect.

A very Bespoke Phantom in the famous Rolls-Royce two-tone scheme of Black over Monteverde green with a Peony Pink coachline has been commissioned for this year's Salon Privé. Scivaro Grey furnishings are complemented with Peony Pink accents inside. Open pore wood and canadel panelling from Obsydian Ayous create a modern and inviting atmosphere.

ROLLS-ROYCE BLACK BADGE

Rolls-rebellious Royce's side is represented by Black Badge, a fresh new addition to the lineup that debuted in 2016. Rolls-Royce Black Badge was engineered to have greater torque, control, and power for individuals who don't care about what other people think and do life on their own terms. It's for the people who aren't afraid to try new things and break the mould. This permanent Bespoke series, offered for Wraith, Dawn, Cullinan, and Ghost, combines a more urgent, dynamic demeanour with a dark look and ultra-modern interior materials. At the 2022 Salon Privé, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars will unveil the Black Badge Ghost, its most powerful iteration to yet.

This Black Badge Ghost order was given a dramatic twist by choosing a vivid St Tropez exterior finish to convey the company's intention. Scivaro Grey, Charles Blue, and Mandarin together boldly resolve the interior's look.

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars will again serve as the event's official pacesetter. As part of their 2022 event, the Rolls-Royce Black Badge Ghost will lead a 120-mile journey through the Cotswolds as part of their rolling concourse. The outside is bolded by the presence of 21-inch Black Badge wheels and a carbon fibre Spirit of Ecstasy, and it is finished in the eye-catching Twilight Purple that has become a Black Badge hallmark. Black leather seats provide a regal and authoritative tone inside, while secondary panels and inner door panels in Tailored Purple match the exterior colour.
