EVRIMA, the Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection's First Custom-Built Yacht, Sets Sail

The first of The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection's three custom-built vessels, Evrima, departed Barcelona, Spain, on October 15, 2022, bound for Nice, France.

The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection cruises are unique itineraries that last between 7 and 10 nights. Depending on the time of year, Evrima visits the Mediterranean, the Caribbean, Central America, and South America. The yacht's small size grants it access to otherwise inaccessible ports of call.

Up to 298 guests may be accommodated aboard the 190-meter yacht's 149 staterooms. Evrima also has a wide variety of duplex lofts, a kind of accommodation not seen very often. Each apartment has its own private patio and huge windows that stretch from floor to ceiling. It's possible to combine certain suites into larger, more open-concept spaces by removing the blind wall between them. Standard amenities found in all suites at Ritz-Carlton hotels and resorts across the world include king-sized beds, marble bathrooms with double sinks, and high-end bedding.

Evrima also has a number of high-end amenities and programmes, including as a spa with a curated selection of treatments from ESPA and 111SKIN, a sauna and steam room, a fitness studio, an infinity pool, and watersports from the yacht's dock while at anchor. The Evrima Room serves up creative takes on Southeast Asian cuisine, while Talaat Nam is a S.E.A. specialty dining experience created by chef Sven Elverfeld of Aqua, the three-Michelin-starred restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton, Wolfsburg. The Ritz Kids activities are aimed towards young guests (aged 4 to 12) and aim to satisfy the innate curiosity and exploratory zeal of youngsters.

Guests may choose from a number of different Shore Collection excursions or work with the ship's Concierge Ashore to plan their own custom shore excursions in each port of call. Yoga on a private beach, zip-lining through a rain forest, and truffle hunting are just some of the land-based experiences available. An overnight stop on certain cruise itineraries allows guests to immerse themselves in a new culture before returning to their yacht for the next stop.
