The Vivari Hotel and Spa by Mantis in Featherbrooke, Johannesburg Exudes Superlative Luxury

The rebuilt Vivari Hotel and Spa by Mantis is situated in a verdant valley near Featherbrooke, Johannesburg. The Johannesburg premium hotel ran for a short while in 2020 before closing temporarily owing to countrywide lockdown regulations. When local operating limitations were eased, the spa restarted operations, catering to the incoming tourist industry.

The hotel and spa are now prepared to welcome foreign visitors.

The hotel's various stone pathways and walkways encourage visitors to immerse themselves in the natural surroundings, which include towering pecan and cycad trees, groomed lawns, and water features. Due to the fact that the hotel allows the free movement of tiny animals, guests may see rare birds or even a tortoise.

The Vivari Hotel and Spa by Mantis has 48 guest rooms and suites (including the presidential Crown Suite). The rooms, which are surrounded by beautiful gardens, contain soft and textured textiles, natural woods, leather, and marble with steel and copper accents.

Four of the eight treatment rooms in the hotel's spa have their own own bamboo gardens. The hydrotherapy suite contains a steam room, an ice fountain, a heated vitality pool, and an infrared sauna cabin for relaxation and recuperation.

In addition, guests have access to a pool, yoga studio, and fitness centre.

Vivari provides an integrated approach to wellness that incorporates five components: holistic health, nutrition, exercise, spa, and aesthetic appeal. Classic body rituals (such as hot stone and Swedish massage) and distinctive rituals that emphasise the mind-body connection are offered as relaxation and rejuvenation therapies.

The Brambles Restaurant delivers seasonal dishes prepared with responsibly sourced ingredients. The Pécan Pool Bar serves fresh salads, hearty sandwiches, and pizzas hand-stretched and baked in a clay oven. In addition, there is a rooftop bar where visitors may enjoy traditional and unique cocktails, speciality beers, and other refreshments.

Vivari Hotel & Spa by Mantis is in close proximity to some of Johannesburg's top cultural sites and attractions, such as the Cradle of Humankind, The Rhino and Lion Nature Reserve, and the Walter Sisulu Botanical Gardens.
