The Huron, Greenpoint's Best-Selling New Condo, Introduces Listings and Unveils The First Completed Residence by Morris Adjmi Architects

Since launching its whisper campaign, Quadrum Global and SERHANT New Development have generated over $100 million in transactions at the premium waterfront property. 

Quadrum Global, an international real estate development and investment firm renowned for the expanding Arlo Hotel brand, unveiled listings today at The Huron, a magnificent two-tower condominium complex situated at 29 Huron Street in Greenpoint, Brooklyn.

In addition, Quadrum Global has disclosed the completion of an awe-inspiring waterfront residence outfitted with furnishings and designed by Morris Adjmi Architects (MA), the renowned multidisciplinary design firm that oversaw the exteriors and interiors of The Huron. The Huron, Morris Adjmi's inaugural Greenpoint development, maximizes permanent waterfront and skyline vistas of New York City, the East River, Brooklyn, and Queens, while also providing ample corner residences and private outdoor space through its inspired architectural massing. The market reaction to the project, which debuted in late 2022 without ever offering a particular residence for sale, was phenomenal.

More than $100 million is currently under contract for specific residences for which there are no public listings.  Prices have increased fivefold since the soft launch, propelled by an upsurge in contract activity prompted by the high demand for new waterfront residences in Greenpoint.

Studio residences are priced at $750,000, one-bedroom units are priced at $900,000, two-bedroom units are priced at $1,310,000, and three-bedroom units are priced at $2,375,000. All residences have ceiling heights of at least 9'5", with the majority exceeding 10' and a few reaching as high as 14'8". Furthermore, more than 24,000 square feet of private outdoor space are distributed among 67 residences in the structure.

The waterfront corner model residence will feature outdoor space and three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and will be graciously proportioned at $3.25 million. Industrial elements are juxtaposed with refined, high-end design elements in timeless interiors, such as wide-plank European-engineered oak hardwood flooring and a VRF climate control system that is the finest in its class.

MA's design for the furnished residence incorporates low, sculptural furnishings to accentuate and commemorate direct water views. Under the motif of moss green tones, natural hues were selected to evoke an indoor-outdoor ambiance.

In order to design custom textured accents, carpets, and linens, local talent was recruited. Makers from Brooklyn, including Julianne Ahn of Gowanus, Little Bear Pots in Red Hook's Lindsey Schneider, and Bi-Rite Studio in East Williamsburg's Cat Snodgrass, are featured in the model residence.

Miele appliances are complemented by imported bleached walnut wood cabinetry and honed Dolit marble in the kitchens. Wine refrigerators and marble waterfall islands are features of select residences. Imported honed natural stone tile is complemented in the primary bathroom by a custom white Caesarstone vanity top and sophisticated matte black hardware.

The secondary bathroom seamlessly blends an industrial aesthetic with accent gunmetal fixtures and blackened hardware, while also featuring a refined touch of graphic white marble.

Situated directly on the Greenpoint waterfront, The Huron offers 30,000 square feet of coveted amenities and provides unmatched access to the connected and expanded promenade.
