The Hilton Bangalore Embassy GolfLinks Has Named Gaurav Paul as Executive Chef

The Hilton Bangalore Embassy GolfLinks has hired Gaurav Paul as Executive Chef as of November 24, 2022. With more than 19 years of significant and varied experience in the hospitality business, Gaurav will utilise his knowledge to assist the hotel's pledge to provide unique and gastronomic events.
Gaurav will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing new menus while hosting food festivals, food marketing, and wine evenings in his new position as chef. In addition, he would manage the operations of the hotel's different outlets and huge banquets while maintaining quality standards.

Selected as one of the "Top 3 Hotelier Guns Under 30 in Bangalore" in 2015.
Awarded the overall winners trophy at the National Culinary Expo held in March 2015 by AIMS College in partnership with ALMA, a professional culinary school in Italy-Bengaluru.
Ranked amongst the top 10 restaurants in the nation by FOOD LOVERS magazine.
