The Charbaut family takes great satisfaction in making méthode champenoise (traditional technique) sparkling wine from grapes grown in their own vineyards. This dedication to excellence yields wines that are both refined and unique, with a clear sense of place.

These sparkling wine extravaganzas are part of the RESERVETM Plan on Bolifushi island and the INDULGENCETM Plan on Maadhoo island, and they'll take place from October 24th to the 30th, 2022. Champagne enthusiasts will have a lot to celebrate at any of the resorts, since there are three champagne evenings to enjoy.

Following the upscale lesson at Cuvée, guests of OZEN RESERVE BOLIFUSHI may indulge in a five-course meal at ORIGINE, the resort's overwater specialty restaurant. A special cuisine created to go with the fragrant Guy Charbaut Champagnes.

The seminar will be held at the OZEN LIFE MAADHOO resort's specialty Gin Is In bar. Under the stars, at the soon-to-open Joie de Vivre Beach Club, diners may enjoy a livelier and more engaging meal of Mediterranean cuisine.
