The second round of this restaurant's unique gastronomic feast returns.

Celebrating modern plant-forward food, the four-day festival will be place from 27 to 30 July 2022, with famous Italian chef Fabrizio Marino hosting lunch and supper.

The limited-edition menu of Chef Fabrizio Marino is based on a profound understanding of natural, vegetarian foods and a distinctive character of simplicity. Fresh tomato soup complemented with avocado, strawberries, and fruit sorbet

Italian and French cheese mousse with mustard and pear terrine

Potato gnocchi served with asparagus and topped with butter and sage

Risotto seasoned with parsley and served with artichokes and olives as a side dish (evoking the Tuscan tradition)

Roasted mushrooms with crisp and tender polenta and fragrant sautéed chard

A lemon curd dessert served with vanilla ice cream

Chef Fabrizio Marino is renowned for his scrumptious, nutritious, and ethically significant natural haute cuisine. He has worked with the renowned chef Pietro Leemann, who received the first Michelin star for a vegetarian restaurant in 2015, for many years. Recently, Chef Fabrizio Marino opened Maggese, his groundbreaking vegetarian eatery in the heart of Tuscany.
