Yasmin Karachiwala is Bringing Pilates Festival India to Goa

From February 2-5, 2023, the Westin in Goa will host the Pilates Festival India. Participants of any level of Pilates experience will benefit from this health and wellness retreat. Participants will learn from International Pilates master instructors and relax at a luxury hotel surrounded by trees in order to become their best selves.

On the Seventh of December in 2022, the most well-known Pilates instructor in India, Yasmin Karachiwala, held her fourth Pilates festival in Mumbai.

Yasmin Karachiwala has been working in the fitness industry for over 30 years and is the creator of Yasmin Karachiwala's Body Image (YKBI). Bollywood A-listers like Katrina Kaif, Deepika Padukone, Kareena Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Hardik Pandya, Vaani Kapoor, Bipasha Basu, and Kiara Advani are among her clients. The Pilates physical fitness system in India was developed by the BASI (Body Arts and Science International) certified instructor. Because of her dedication to the Pilates community, she is the curator of PFI (Pilates Festival India), where she hosts guest teachers from all over the world.

After years of planning and preparation, the first Pilates Festival India was held five years ago. Yasmin Karachiwala, the festival's organiser, says they constantly push to do better, provide more value, and top the previous year's accomplishments. "I intend for PFI to deepen your appreciation for Pilates, push you to the brink of your physical fitness, and expand the range of possibilities at your disposal, all while you laugh and smile. I'm looking forward to hearing about how much fun you had during the four days that we planned for you. We're committed to making this the most memorable fitness retreat you've ever experienced.

Participants will take part in 11 high-energy Pilates sessions led by international Pilates master trainers over the course of four days, along with other exciting and challenging activities. Aerial Pilates, Gyrokinesis, and Cardiolates are on the list because its core principles may be used in other areas of life. Fletcher towels, foam rollers, barre equipment, a magic circle, trampolines, hammocks, and more will all find their way into the hands of the attendees.

The sprawling 5-star hotel in exotic Goa is conveniently located just 2 kilometres from the beach and would make an excellent venue for the retreat. In addition to the well crafted meal, the nightly entertainment is top-notch. The first evening will include a Sufi whirling event, the second will feature a musical symphony, and the retreat will culminate with an awards ceremony.

There are a variety of amenities available to hotel guests, including a spa, a 24-hour fitness centre, an outdoor pool, and a playroom for the little ones.

The previous two years' events attracted a total of over 1.6 million online viewers, with over 250 participants, fourteen or more celebrity promoters, and six or more wellness and nutrition experts coming together to do so.
