Tata Starbucks announces an intriguing initiative encouraging consumers to offer their original beverage creations

Hyderabad: August 2022: Tata Starbucks celebrates its tenth anniversary in India and maintains its preeminent position in the coffee market with a plethora of festivities. Offering its consumers a once-in-a-lifetime chance to be included on the Starbucks menu, the company celebrates its wonderful presence in India and enhances the relationships it has formed with its fans over the years by announcing the new #BrewYourOwnStarbucks campaign.

Deepa Krishnan, Chief Marketing Officer of Tata Starbucks Pvt Ltd, said about the campaign, "At Starbucks, consumers are at the centre of everything we do, and it all begins with their names. As we commemorate our tenth year in India, we want to honour all of our customers and the barista inside them. Our consumers share our enthusiasm for coffee and are full of innovative ideas and ingenuity. In this one-of-a-kind initiative, fans are encouraged to submit their own unique Starbucks beverage recipes for a chance to have their names and drinks published on the Starbucks menu. This unique, first-of-its-kind project is our way of saying thank you to our consumers and providing them the chance to become Starbucks Baristas."

 

 

Edelman India, in association with The Yellow Umbrella Films, has conceptualised and developed a film to further amplify this campaign. The video celebrates TATA Starbucks' 10-year anniversary in India while providing customers with an exclusive chance to participate with the brand and become a part of its legendary heritage. The video begins with a female entering a Starbucks and demanding that the barista prepare a beverage using her special formula. As she continues to describe her recipe, the shop shocks her by posting it as "Naina's Decadent Frappuccino" on the menu board. The barista informs you that Starbucks is celebrating their tenth anniversary by honouring the barista in you, which surprises and delights her. The video invites consumers to participate in this one-of-a-kind promotion by submitting their original beverage concepts for a chance to be featured on Starbucks menus.
