The Accor-managed Novotel Visakhapatnam Varun Beach and The Bheemili Resort is happy to announce the hiring of Sunal Thakur as Executive Chef.

Sunal Thakur, who has over 24 years of experience in revenue generation, client relationship management, liaison and coordination, inventory management, financial management, and team management, provides a wealth of expertise to the hotel's culinary staff.

In his new position, Thakur will be responsible for developing inventive menus for different outlets and events, supervising the culinary personnel, and guaranteeing the highest food quality and consistency requirements. Being an asset to any hotel or hospitality institution, he is anticipated to raise the Novotel Visakhapatnam Varun Beach's culinary services to new heights.

In addition, his appointment as an external examiner at the IHM, Gwalior, by the Tourism Department of the Government of India, as well as his service as a judge for several culinary and chef's contests, demonstrate his exceptional credibility and knowledge.
