As the centrepiece of this collaboration, Chef Wong will craft a towering three-metre edible chocolate wall—a breathtaking interpretation of the Maldives’ vibrant coral reefs. Made from sustainably sourced chocolate, the artwork will feature intricate reef-like cavities filled with hand-painted bonbons, inviting guests to engage in an interactive tasting journey. This awe-inspiring installation is set to redefine edible artistry against the backdrop of the island’s pristine waters.
Bespoke Dessert Experiences with a Culinary Icon
Guests can indulge in live dessert stations at OZEN LIFE MAADHOO’s overwater venues, where Chef Wong will present signature creations such as:
- Yuzu Meringue Clouds – a delicate balance of citrusy freshness and airy sweetness.
- Salted Caramel Lava Spheres – a molten explosion of rich caramel encased in a crisp shell.

On 24th April, an ultra-exclusive four-hands gourmet dinner at M6m, the resort’s underwater restaurant, will see Chef Wong collaborate with Executive Chef Alok to reinterpret Maldivian flavors through a multi-course dessert degustation. With only 40 seats available, this intimate experience promises a fusion of local ingredients and modernist pastry techniques, set against the mesmerizing backdrop of the Indian Ocean’s marine life.
