Adelaide’s journey with the hotel began in 2013, and her evolution has mirrored the growth of Mumbai’s fine dining landscape. Most recently, as Director of Restaurants and Bars, she successfully led the hotel’s diverse dining portfolio - ranging from three signature restaurants and bars to in-room dining and poolside experiences.
